Your first session after renewal will be a dedicated check-in and reflection, giving you the opportunity to review your progress, discuss what’s worked well, and refine your goals moving forward. From there, Kat will continue to shape your training to support your next phase—whether that’s building further strength, refining technique, supporting recovery or adapting to changes in your lifestyle.
The programme is designed to evolve with you, offering continuity, progression and ongoing support beyond the initial 12 weeks.
